Protected health information is processed only in Google Cloud under Google's Business Associate Agreement, in US regions, and every AI model call is routed through that same agreement, so no third-party model vendor ever sees patient data. The clinician always remains the final authority over every note and decision.

Pinotage Health is led by a CA(SA) and Singularity-trained operator alongside two orthopaedic and sports-medicine physicians who have served as team doctors for the Lakers, Dodgers, Kings, Ducks, Magic, Red Sox, Patriots, Revolution, Bruins, and USC football. How accurate are the notes, and do clinicians stay in control?
The ambient scribe produces complete, context-rich notes from the real conversation, and the clinician always reviews and approves every note. Clinical judgment stays with the clinician. The AI just does the writing.
What does coding and compliance look like?
ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS codes are drawn from what actually happened in the encounter, then checked against CMS and NCCI rules before anyone sees them. Each code carries its rationale (why it's supported, or why it was dropped) and a clinician signs off before anything goes to billing. The platform proposes and justifies; it never bills on its own.
