Philip is the rare orthopedic surgeon who is also a certified medical coder. Board-certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine (Kerlan-Jobe fellowship, NYU residency, Georgetown MD), he holds CPC-I and COSC coding credentials and ran an orthopedic revenue-cycle practice. He keeps the product true to how care is actually documented, coded, and reimbursed.

Manuela's career includes 18 years at Deloitte, where she became an Audit Partner and technical specialist in IFRS and complex multinational audits across a range of industries. She later served as Chief Financial Officer of Reunert Limited, one of South Africa's top 100 listed companies, where she led financial strategy, investor relations, risk management, audit oversight, and integrated reporting.
In recent years, she has advised CEOs, boards, and executive teams on strategy, governance, financial performance, and organizational transformation, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and thoughtful business leader.
Manuela holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand, a BCompt (Honours) from UNISA, and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
